A quick look at how AboveBoard helps you explore new opportunities.

AboveBoard leads you directly to your next board or full-time executive opportunity.

Here's how it works, step by step.

  1. Discover new roles and positions

As an AboveBoard member, you have access to hundreds of available board and senior executive opportunities. With more than 75 filtering and job preference options, you can search by industry, level, function, location, company type, company stage, and more to find the perfect opportunities for you.

  1. Express interest in relevant opportunities.

Just click the “I’m Interested” button next to any opportunity to share your experience and qualifications with the company. Additionally, if you are not yet ready to express interest, you can easily bookmark opportunities and save them to your profile to revisit later. Reminder: You drive your interactions on AboveBoard. Your profile is only shared with companies once you have expressed interest.

  1. Connect with interested recruiters and companies

Once you’ve expressed interest in an opportunity, the recruiter or company will be able to view your profile. If there is mutual interest, meaning that your experience and qualifications are fitting for the opportunity, then the company will contact you individually (outside of AboveBoard) to move forward in the hiring process. Keep in mind that sourcing for executive ranks can take up to 3 to 6 months. As you pursue opportunities on AboveBoard, you may not hear back from a recruiter or company right away.

Don’t wait—join or login now and start exploring new opportunities.
